Development of a Heavy-Duty Cable Reel We designed and manufactured a robust cable reel for the safe storage and handling of electrical transport cables. The reel is engineered to support a total load capacity of up to 20 tons, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions. In addition to its high load-bearing capability, the reel is compatible with an “under roller” system, allowing for efficient handling and smooth operation during transport and deployment. The design focuses on durability, stability, and ease of use, making it well-suited for industrial applications where heavy-duty cable management is required.
